Dave Shaw

Dave is a New Zealand registered dietitian. His aim is to help others realise their potential through nutrition. From youngsters in the playground who dream of reaching the podium, to the elderly who hope to add more years to their life - or more life to their years, Dave uses scientifically proven methods and a wealth of experience to provide effective, achievable and enjoyable strategies. 

Dave has worked with a a variety of individuals, including clinically ill patients, individuals with irritable and inflammatory gut disorders, athletes of all ages and stages, and those who simply want to take their health seriously. He has also developed and delivered numerous workshops and seminars for local and national clients. His friendly and effective approach has allowed him to achieve success with 1000's of people by inspiring them to make and sustain dietary change. 

Dave currently lives in Auckland, NZ, with his wife and enjoys hiking, running and cycling, with a passion for escaping the hustle and bustle of city life to adventure and explore.
